More than 10,000 people of all ages attended LATINFEST last year. This year we expect an even bigger crowd!
Due to the increasing popularity of the festival and its space limitations, the Albany Latin Festival Association (ALFA) will choose a limited number of food, craft, and information vendors from the applications we receive. Our goal is to present a wide variety of foods and attractive displays at competitive prices.

Incomplete applications will be rejected and applicant will be notified for correction before being approved for the event.
Food vendors must comply with all Albany County Department of Health Temporary Food Service Permit requirements.
The application deadline is August 2nd, 2024. Applications completed after July 15th, 2024 will result in a $50 late fee.
Step 2: Submit the Vendor Application
Due to the festival's popularity and limited space, we have a selection process for food, craft, and information booth vendors. Our selection committee, composed of ALFA members, will ensure a fair and impartial selection process. To apply, please complete the LATINFEST 2024 vendor application, including accurate information about your vendor type and all required documentation. The application also includes fees and Terms and Conditions. Please note that incomplete applications will be rejected.
The application deadline of August 1, 2024. Applications completed after August 1st will incur a $50 late fee. ALFA will communicate with applicants regarding the status of their applications during the process. We eagerly anticipate receiving your application for LATINFEST 2024 and showcasing your offerings at our event.

Debido a la popularidad del festival y al espacio limitado, tenemos un proceso de selección de vendedores de comida, artesanías y puestos de información. Nuestro comité de selección, compuesto por miembros de ALFA, garantizará un proceso de selección justo e imparcial. Para postularse, complete la solicitud de proveedor de LATINFEST 2024, incluida información precisa sobre su tipo de proveedor y toda la documentación requerida.
